1. Procurement authorization
By authorizing EV Refurb to begin procurement, you instruct EV Refurb to act as your procurement intermediary to confirm supplier availability, finalize pricing within the indicated range, lock the order with the selected supplier, and coordinate delivery to the specified site.
2. Pricing and invoicing
Pricing displayed on the platform is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed prior to order placement. Invoices are issued after order confirmation and reflect the final negotiated amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.
3. Delivery and acceptance
Estimated delivery windows are calculated from order confirmation. EV Refurb coordinates logistics with the supplier and shares tracking updates. Acceptance of goods at the site constitutes confirmation of delivery.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations or changes after order confirmation may be subject to supplier restocking fees, freight charges, or other costs. EV Refurb will communicate any such costs prior to processing.
5. Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the original equipment manufacturer or supplier. EV Refurb facilitates warranty claims but does not act as the warrantor.
6. Limitation of liability
EV Refurb's liability is limited to the procurement coordination fee for the applicable transaction. EV Refurb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
