EV Refurb Workspace Subscription Terms of Service

Use of the paid EV Refurb Workspace and completion of Stripe Checkout constitutes acceptance of these Workspace Subscription Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Workspace is a business tool for organization-level EV equipment recovery, sourcing, workflow management, records and related intelligence features. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Workspace for your organization’s internal business purposes.

The subscribing organization is responsible for its authorized users, account credentials and account activity, and for ensuring that users act lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Accounts may not be shared with anyone outside the subscribing organization.

The launch Manager plan is US$22 per organization per month, billed in advance through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless Stripe states otherwise.

EV Refurb may change fees for a future renewal period with reasonable prior notice.

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@evrefurb.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period; access remains available until then.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or eStation approves a refund after review. EV Refurb does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

When Manager subscriptions are live, payments are accepted by eStation and processed through Stripe. EV Refurb does not store full payment-card information. Stripe’s own services agreement and privacy practices apply to payment processing.

You must not use the Workspace to:

• act unlawfully;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• gain unauthorized access to any account, data or system;
• reverse engineer the service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• introduce malware or other harmful code;
• scrape or extract data at scale without authorization;
• impersonate any person or organization; or
• violate the rights of any third party.

Your organization retains ownership of the business records and content it submits.

EV Refurb may process that data only to operate, secure, support and improve the Workspace, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public confidential information using reasonable care.

EV Refurb retains all rights in the Workspace, software, designs, methodologies and intelligence features. No ownership transfers to you beyond the limited subscription right described in these terms.

The Workspace may evolve, be updated or have features modified. EV Refurb will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Workspace provides operational and commercial support tools. It is not engineering, legal, financial, safety, regulatory or procurement advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, approvals, testing, compatibility verification and compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Refurb’s total liability arising from the Workspace subscription is limited to the subscription fees you paid to EV Refurb during the 12 months immediately before the claim.

EV Refurb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

EV Refurb may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or misuse of the Workspace. On termination, subscription access ends, subject to any legally required data-access obligations.

EV Refurb may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
